They do not sell or extracts of walnut oil, where we live. We are not sure how to get the taste of nut butter.

Butter Pecan Syrup
2 cups granulated sugar
2 / 3 cups water
Syrup 1 / 3 cup dark corn
4 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon of tea extract 1 tsp vanilla rum tea extract
1 / 2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
1. Mix sugar, water and corn syrup together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring as needed.
2. Add butter, extract and nuts and stir.
Serve hot.
